The private brief comes before the polished frame.
References, the intended visual feeling, a shot list or content needs, format and aspect-ratio requirements, location, collaborators, timing, anonymity, and who is present are all useful parts of the conversation. The brief gives the work shape without turning it into a fixed package.

Agree access clearly
Access, identifying details, anonymity, storage, and delivery are agreed with the people involved. Private work is not published automatically.
Sharing is a separate choice
Portfolio, social, or other public sharing is a separate explicit consent decision. Viewing any existing portfolio is not consent for a future session.
Personal archive
A personal archive is planned around the images you want to keep, the people who should access them, and the delivery format that works for you.
Agreed use
A specifically agreed platform or use case means agreed files, formats, and delivery. It does not mean account access or an upload or management service.
Licensing and usage scope, delivery format, and timing are confirmed during the inquiry. Timing depends on the scope and agreed delivery plan; no fixed turnaround promise is made here.
03 / Image usage and delivery
The files follow the agreement.
The image never outranks comfort or safety.
Consent is specific, informed, ongoing, and changeable. Touch, exposure, wardrobe, direction, identifying details, and who is present are discussed rather than assumed. Anyone can request a change, pause, break, or stop.
Creators and collaborators are active participants, not props. Direction is an invitation to shape the work together, and the process can change when the people in it need something different.
05 / Workflow and expectations
A considered process, from the first message to delivery.
Before payment, the written offer confirms the practical details that are not set by the package card. No delivery, cancellation, or licensing term is assumed here.
Privacy and access
Private delivery is the default. Access, identifying details, and storage limits are discussed and recorded in writing; no absolute confidentiality promise is implied.
Usage and delivery
Licensing, permitted platforms, and delivery timing are agreed in writing before payment. Public sharing always needs separate, explicit consent.
Boundaries and rescheduling
Boundaries stay collaborative and changeable. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the written offer before payment.
Separately quoted items
Travel, studio hire, and extra editing are quoted separately and require agreement before payment.
